All catteries, cat runs, aviaries, aviary flights and multipurpose pens are shown inclusive of carriage.

Bird panels, cat panels, guinea pig panels, poultry panels and rabbit panels incur a delivery charge of £35.00 regardless of quantity.

Delivery is UK mainland only (excludes Scottish highland and islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, see below for postcode surcharge areas).

There is an additional postage charge required for the postcodes listed above. Please email or phone us with your requirements and we will be pleased to prepare an individual quotation for you.

International Deliveries.

We are able to send overseas. Please email us with your full address and requirements so that we can quote you accordingly.

We will email you with a shipping cost quotation for approval.

Returns.

If you are returning goods because they are not what you expected we will issue a refund less any shipping charges. If the item is faulty we will issue a refund including the shipping charges, you will need you to contact us to state the reason for the return and to obtain an authorisation code.

We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item. It is advisable that you obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning any items.
